(no particular order) 10 slow pliés in second Sit in butterfly for 5 mins Frog for two minutes Camel stretch for 15 secs Lunging hip flexor stretch both sides 30 secs Basic wall splits bird dog pose on both legs torso twist seated toe touch cat and cow side lunges both legs standing chest stretch standing hamstring stretch penché with hands on ground head circles arm swings shoulder stretch cross thigh hug ankle roll shoulder roll Child’s pose More extreme stretches: 1.both splits with 1 or more block 2.bridge on demi pointe 3.Hand stand against wall and open legs to middle split 4.scorpions 5.Bridge with legs straight 6.splits grab back leg touch leg to head (if you can) 7.plank on hands and kick leg up 8.lay on your stomach and go up without hands 9.sitting toe touch with a block at your feet and try and put your hands around the block - Jaycie Hey guys its lily here with your first workout! 1 minute plank 10 push ups (hands wide) 10 push ups (hands in elbows towards body) 16 crunches front and side to side, descending each set by 4 (you can then go back up to 16 from 1) 30 clam shells (left and right leg) 30 mountain climbers (one set is both legs) Intensely jam out to you favorite song!
