10 slow grande pliés in 2nd position 20 elevés on each foot in parallel 30 each leg Barre3 leg behind you pulsing up 16 crunches to the center 32 crunches side to side 16 crunches with table top legs 16 crunches with legs fully up 10 push ups arms wide 10 pushups arms narrow And lastly... 20 Barre3 burpees with a music recommendation (https://youtu.be/EJxUWibMqBA)

When I finished my burpees I could see Cassie’s face in my mind- that smile that says “I don’t know how I just survived that!” Good work keeping these daily workouts going everyone. You never cease to inspire me!
